This 5* Grand Luxury boutique establishment offers three types of stays for the 2025-2026 festive season, allowing guests to enjoy an extended and immersive New Year’s Eve celebration among vineyards, with the signature cuisine of its Vinum restaurant as the centrepiece.
Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno, a haven of luxury and tranquillity nestled in the unique landscape of the Priorat region, consolidates its New Year’s Eve programme with a more comprehensive and flexible offer to welcome in 2026. Nestled at the foot of Montsant, among vineyards, this 5* Grand Luxury boutique establishment with the Relais & Châteaux seal invites you to experience a celebration deeply rooted in the territory, through carefully designed one-, three- or five-night stays that transform the end of the year into a sensory and relaxing experience.
The essence of the proposal lies in an exceptional gastronomic experience, conceived by the hotel’s kitchen team led by chef Josep Queralt, which culminates in the Gala Dinner and New Year’s Eve Party on 31st December. This menu, a journey through top-quality products with a strong local flavour and a nod to international cuisine, is served in the hotel’s Vinum restaurant, accompanied by a selection of wines and sparkling wines.
The gastronomic itinerary includes starters such as foie gras, oysters and caviar, plus main courses such as “Domestic lobster ravioli, light bisque made from the heads, tarragon, emulsion of the coral, saffron and aniseed sprout salad”; “Cured and lightly smoked scallops, Palo Cortado hollandaise, fennel risotto and fresh herb pesto”; “Steamed sea bass, champagne and caviar sauce made from its bones, leek and nori seaweed terrine and steamed cockles”; or “Tournedo of aged beef in ash crust, its own juices, black truffle, trinxat of black trumpet mushrooms, duxelle of seasonal mushrooms and roasted and pickled pear gel”.
Desserts such as “Citrus textures with Priorat vermouth” and “Cooked chocolate ganache, vanilla cream, salted caramel and coffee” will put the finishing touch to the evening.
The New Year’s Eve dinner will give way to the magical moment of the 12 grapes and an evening of live music in the warm and intimate atmosphere offered by this very special boutique hotel.
For guests who choose three- and five-night stays (starting on 27 December for the five-day package and 29 December for the three-day package, with 31 December for the one-day stay), the culinary experience is enhanced with a different gourmet dinner each night, ensuring a unique journey of flavours.
Beyond gastronomy, the three- and five-night programmes also include a range of sensory experiences that delve into the richness of Priorat and Tarragona, such as tastings of local cava, vermouth, wine and olive oil.
The hotel itself is a fundamental part of the experience. The Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno is the result of a meticulous renovation of a traditional farmhouse, where rural stone architecture blends with contemporary, luxurious interior design. With a very limited number of suites, each with its own personality, the establishment guarantees an atmosphere of absolute privacy and exclusivity. Many of them have private terraces or even their own swimming pool overlooking the vineyards, inviting you to relax and connect with nature.
The stay is complemented by access to the hotel’s spa, a private wellness area where travellers can relax and start the new year with complete serenity.
The combination of this unique setting, signature cuisine and wine experiences positions the Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno not only as the quintessence of luxury and authenticity, but also as a destination in itself for an elegant, peaceful and memorable New Year’s Eve celebration.
