- Hurtigruten is launching a new edition of one of its most iconic voyages, which travels through Norway’s western fjords.
- The eight-day trip, with five unique and exclusive departures, already has new dates in April, May and September 2027.
The Norwegian company Hurtigruten, specialists in trips around Norway, the Norwegian fjords and Arctic expeditions, has announced new trips on one of its best-known routes, which allows travellers to get to know Norway in depth.
Lasting eight days, the programme includes new departure dates in April, May and September 2027, responding to the growing demand for this well-established itinerary within the shipping company’s offering.
The expedition begins in Bergen, considered the gateway to the fjords and a major attraction thanks to its famous cobbled streets and colourful houses, and continues to the Kvinnherads and Rosendal fjords, enclaves marked by their glacial legacy and rich history.
Finally, there is Ålesund and Nordfjord. The former is the ideal place to enjoy Art Nouveau architecture surrounded by a group of islands framed by mountains and sea. In Nordfjord, there is a visit to the innermost part of the fjord, where Olden is located, a quiet village framed by the turquoise waters of the Oldeelva river.
