For many, it is a time for spirituality and reflection; others take the opportunity to travel and explore the most beautiful corners of Spain. From its spectacular headquarters in La Seca (Valladolid), it offers three unmissable experiences for curious minds, travellers who love wine, and for those wishing to discover the terroir that is also home to the very essence of Castile: wine. Pure Verdejo Experience

  • Thursday 2 April 2026 (Maundy Thursday): 1.00 pm
  • Friday 3 April 2026 (Good Friday): 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm
  • Saturday 4 April 2026 (Holy Saturday): 4.00 pm

The Verdejo grape is an emblem of the Rueda Designation of Origin, and José Pariente is an indispensable pillar for understanding this grape of infinite possibilities, so essential to the region. This visit allows you to explore its essence. The experience begins in the vineyard, where visitors are welcomed amongst the vines that represent the soul of its wines, and continues with a tour of the winery’s most representative production rooms.

Finally, it culminates in a guided tasting of three of the winery’s iconic Verdejos: José Pariente Verdejo, Finca La Medina and Las Fincas de José Pariente.

José Pariente is renowned in over fifty countries for the excellence of its Verdejo wines, but it also produces other unique wines, as the Prieto Pariente family, winegrowers through and through, own numerous estates where they explore the potential of many other grape varieties.

The experience begins with a pleasant stroll through the vineyards surrounding the winery, the perfect setting to discover Pariente Vivo, an innovative and pioneering project focused on sustainability, which has transformed this unique setting into a vibrant ecosystem, full of life, connection and curiosities to discover. The tour continues through the production rooms, where you can see up close how the lesser-known wines from their collections are made; in fact, there will be a stop at the sacristy and the barrel room.

To round off ‘Singulares’, visitors will take part in a guided tasting session where they will sample lesser-known wines from Pariente. A journey engaging all five senses and exploring different varieties to discover wines that reflect the philosophy and work of the winery.

Lovers of fine wine and the most curious minds will enjoy this tour, during which the winery’s expert team puts your senses to the test and acts as an exceptional guide to help you discover the dominant aromas not only of José Pariente’s wines, but also of those from Prieto Pariente and A Vilerma, the other two wineries under Pariente Tradición Familiar, the brand that brings together this exquisite trio.

The experience includes a tour of the iconic production rooms and a guided tasting where, with each glass of wine, you can discover new nuances of four of their finest wines: José Pariente Verdejo 2025 (DO Rueda), Las Fincas de José Pariente 2024 (DO Rueda), A Vilerma Blanco 2024 (DO Ribeiro) and Confines de Prieto Pariente 2022 (DO Cebreros).
