PABBLO PRESENTS “VELVET NIGHTS” AND REVAMPS ITS ICONIC EVENING SHOW

  • The capital’s iconic show is being transformed into a more intimate format, inspired by the great jazz clubs.

  • A new narrative where music, the table and the audience merge seamlessly.

In a city where nightlife is constantly reinventing itself, Pabblo, the restaurant that redefined dinner and a show in Madrid, takes a new step in its evolution and presents Pabblo Velvet Nights, a concept that transforms its already iconic evening ritual into a more intimate, personal and sensory experience.

Available exclusively on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings, this new format offers a different way to experience Pabblo during the week, opting for a more leisurely, intimate and immersive atmosphere.

Far removed from traditional formats, Pabblo is now embracing a concept that focuses on direct connection. Inspired by the atmosphere of the most iconic jazz clubs, this new chapter invites guests to experience the music from within.

The result is an experience that transcends the stage to become a true immersion.

The new show retains the essence that has made Pabblo one of the capital’s must-visit destinations, but introduces a completely fresh approach. The venue has been reconfigured to host an intimate concert-style format, where a live band—Pabblo’s quintet—takes centre stage, surrounded by tables, creating an immersive and participatory atmosphere.

The structure has also evolved: two 45-minute sets with an interval replace the former ‘pills’, allowing for a richer and more progressive musical narrative.

The first act accompanies dinner with a more restrained tempo, whilst the second raises the energy and transforms the evening into a growing celebration, where the rhythm intensifies and the audience lets themselves go.

The repertoire now shifts towards a reinterpretation of Pabblo’s own songs, adapted to a jazz language that incorporates instrumental solos and moments of improvisation.

Inspiration comes from iconic references such as New York’s Blue Note clubs or the Neapolitan jazz scene, but also from a contemporary aesthetic that connects with today’s cultural imagination.

Each night thus becomes a unique sonic journey, where the music not only accompanies but engages in dialogue with the space, the audience and the culinary offering.

“Blue Nights” stems from a clear premise: in art, perspective is everything. And in this new format, perspective narrows until it disappears. The spectator ceases to be a spectator and becomes an active part of the scene, in an almost intimate experience where every detail is perceived with intensity.

The experience is rounded off with a culinary offering tailored to this new format, designed to complement the rhythm of the show and enhance its sensory character, alongside a cocktail menu featuring the creation of a new “Velvet Cocktail”. “Velvet Nights” can be enjoyed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays from 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm, in a format structured around two 45-minute sets separated by an interval.

With this launch, Pabblo is not only revamping her show but also redefining her own artistic language. Whereas previously she offered a journey through reinterpreted classics, “Blue Nights” marks a shift towards the essential: more intimate, more authentic.
