EMIRATES WILL BROADCAST THE 2026 FIFA WORLD CUP™ LIVE ON ITS FLIGHTS VIA SPORT 24

  • From the opening ceremony to the final in the US on 19 July, Emirates will broadcast all the matches of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ on board its flights via its dedicated live sports channel: Sport 24 on ice.

To ensure Emirates customers don’t miss a moment and can enjoy one of the world’s biggest sporting events, Sport 24 on ice offers the full match schedule on board. Bringing together fans from all nations and creating moments that transcend borders, passengers will be able to follow the action live at 40,000 feet, ensuring they don’t miss a single goal, celebration or decisive moment of the competition.

To help passengers stay up to date with the action and plan their journey, the full schedule of live broadcasts for the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ is available in the June edition of ice magazine, making it easy to follow all the matches throughout the tournament.

Live TV, including Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra, is available on most Emirates flights. Availability may vary depending on aircraft type and route.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup™ matches will also be broadcast, where possible, in Emirates’ VIP lounges in Dubai.

More live sports available on ice

From 4 to 20 June, Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra on ice will also broadcast the NBA Finals for basketball fans. The Canada Sail Grand Prix will be broadcast live from Halifax Harbour, Nova Scotia, on 20 and 21 June, as well as the Moët & Chandon Formula 1® Belgian Grand Prix on 19 July and the AWS Formula 1® Hungarian Grand Prix on 26 July.
