- Under the evocative slogan “A journey to the origins of the Mediterranean”, the event took place at A Popa Sea Club, the hotel’s restaurant overlooking the waters of Cala Major.
The event was designed as a sensory experience aimed at discovering the archipelago’s most authentic essence. In a privileged setting where elegance blends naturally with the coastal landscape, guests enjoyed an event designed to highlight the history, customs and seafaring traditions that form part of Mallorcan identity.
The venue chosen for this celebration was A Popa Sea Club, whose summer menu reinterprets traditional flavours with a contemporary twist. Dishes such as lobster cannelloni with tomato sauce and red prawns cooked on the kamado, or grilled octopus leg with mashed potato and black garlic aioli, highlighted the Nixe Palace’s commitment to a cuisine that combines tradition, local produce and a contemporary sensibility, emphasising the value of the Balearic heritage and Mallorca’s close relationship with the sea.
