MSC Cruises has today announced new developments for the 2027/2028 winter season, which expand the offering in key regions: the western Mediterranean and the Southern Caribbean.
MSC World Europa will sail in the western Mediterranean
Although it was originally planned to sail in the Middle East, MSC World Europa will continue to offer seven-night itineraries in the western Mediterranean, with multiple embarkation ports to make access easier. Passengers will be able to embark from Barcelona.
The ship will call at the region’s most popular destinations, offering a combination of iconic coastlines and exciting cities, including Barcelona, Marseille (France), Genoa (Italy), Civitavecchia (Italy), Messina (Italy) and Valletta (Malta).
MSC World Europa offers passengers a comprehensive experience, with a wide variety of dining options, entertainment, family-friendly facilities and indoor and outdoor spaces, including the open-air World Promenade, the impressive World Galleria, numerous speciality restaurants, lounges and bars, as well as activities and venues for passengers of all ages, making it the ideal choice for winter cruises in the Mediterranean, with stops at the region’s most sought-after destinations.
MSC World Asia will sail the southern Caribbean
The ship will operate 7- and 14-night itineraries departing from Fort-de-France (Martinique), Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe) and Bridgetown (Barbados).
The itineraries include stops at some of the region’s most beautiful and authentic destinations, including Castries (Saint Lucia), St George’s (Grenada), Philipsburg (Saint Martin), St John’s (Antigua and Barbuda), Basseterre (Saint Kitts and Nevis), Roseau (Dominica) and Kingstown (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines).
As MSC Cruises’ new flagship, MSC World Asia will offer incredible experiences in the Southern Caribbean, including the thrilling Cliffhanger attraction, an overwater swing; the largest Venchi chocolate experience at sea; outstanding family attractions; lively entertainment venues; and spacious outdoor areas perfect for enjoying a cruise in warm climates.
Passengers who have booked MSC World Europa in the Middle East for the winter of 2027/2028, along with their travelling companions, are being contacted directly and provided with clear and comprehensive information about their options, including the possibility of changing their booking to another cruise or requesting a full refund.
