With a three-day programme designed to celebrate the region’s grape harvest in an immersive way, this Relais & Châteaux Gran Lujo property offers gastronomic experiences, wine tastings with winemakers and leisure activities.
The Priorat region dresses up for the arrival of the grape harvest, a time of peak activity in which tradition, the landscape and oenological excellence come together. Against this unique backdrop, Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno, part of The Stein Group and a member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux network, presents the Bruno’s Festival, a three-day programme offering a unique insight into the most authentic rituals of the grape harvest, with the hotel proving to be the perfect setting to celebrate it. “Bruno’s Festival goes beyond a wine-tasting getaway; it was conceived as Mas d’en Bruno’s major annual celebration centred on the grape harvest, bringing together guests, winemakers and oenologists to share one of the most special moments in the Priorat calendar. The programme also coincides with the feast day of Saint Bruno on 6 October, a name closely associated with the Carthusian Order, which is so significant in the Priorat”.
From 4 to 7 October 2026, guests will be able to enjoy a refined and festive experience in an idyllic setting, surrounded by vineyards and the Priorat landscape. Designed to offer a deep immersion in the local culture, this programme combines haute cuisine, first-class wine tourism and exploration of the stunning region.
The experience begins with a warm welcome at the foot of the vineyard. Over the following three days, guests will enjoy a carefully curated itinerary:
- Sunday: arrival and welcome. After check-in, participants can relax and enjoy the hotel’s facilities, including access to e-bikes, the swimming pool and the spa. The day will culminate in an exclusive welcome cocktail party and a dinner pairing the chef’s creations with a selection of the house wines.
- Monday: tradition and gastronomy. The morning will be devoted to cultural exploration with a visit to the charming medieval village of Siurana, followed by lunch with stunning views of the valley. The afternoon will be the most interactive and festive part of the programme, featuring a re-enactment of the traditional grape-treading ceremony – an activity that connects guests with the region’s wine-making heritage in a fun and tangible way. The day will conclude with a gala dinner at the Vinum restaurant, featuring a selection of paired wines.
- Tuesday: immersion in wine culture. The day offers flexibility for guests to choose between in-hotel experiences, such as pottery or wine-painting workshops, or outdoor adventures on e-bikes. Midday will feature a show cooking session specialising in rice dishes. The afternoon will be dedicated to the world of wine with ‘Bruno’s Day’, coinciding with the feast day of Saint Bruno, where members of the hotel’s wine club and renowned local winery owners and winemakers will gather to share their knowledge and secrets. The evening will culminate with a gourmet tapas dinner overlooking the vineyards and featuring live music in the hotel’s amphitheatre.
- Wednesday: departure day. The experience will conclude with a breakfast celebrating local produce, with the option to arrange transport back to Barcelona or to the airport.
