BIG MAMMA: AUTUMN NEVER FELT SO GOOD

  • Big Mamma changes seasons with new menus full of flavour, colour and tradition in its trattorias.

  • At Bel Mondo, Villa Capri, Circolo Popolare and Gloria Osteria, autumn is served at the table with new menus to celebrate the season.

The change of season has arrived at the Big Mamma group’s restaurants, and with it, a new menu that pays tribute to autumn: that time of year when the days turn golden, the flavours become more intense and the tables more welcoming.

As they do every season, Big Mamma’s chefs reinvent the menus at their trattorias to celebrate fresh, seasonal produce, while always maintaining the soul of authentic Italian cuisine made with love. This autumn, mushrooms, pumpkin, melted cheeses and creamy pastas take centre stage.

A sensory journey through each restaurant

At Bel Mondo (Calle Velázquez, 39, Salamanca, 28001 Madrid), autumn is enjoyed amid warm lighting and comforting dishes. Their new menu invites you to savour pasta dishes with mushrooms, such as the new creamy risotto with cardoncelli mushrooms and Parmigiano Reggiano, which seduces with its smooth texture and deep autumnal flavour. A perfect place to indulge in the richest flavours of the season.

At Villa Capri (C/ de Hortaleza, 118, Centro, 28004 Madrid), the Neapolitan spirit blends with the autumnal charm of the Centro neighbourhood. His trattoria is filled with the aromas of pumpkin, truffle and parmigiano, promising evenings of dolce vita under the most beautiful light of the year. Among the new autumn offerings, Tagliolini ai Funghi stands out, handmade with egg pasta and a delicate sauce of seasonal mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. A simple, comforting dish bursting with Italian flavour, with the option of adding fresh truffle for an even more irresistible touch.

At Circolo Popolare (Paseo de la Castellana 89, Pl. Pablo Ruiz Picasso, 1, 28020 Madrid), autumn marks the beginning of the best months to enjoy great lunches and dinners. One of the highlights of the menu is the gnocchi with gorgonzola cream and walnuts, an irresistible combination that balances the intensity of the cheese with the crunchy touch of walnuts in every bite. The soft light of the season, intense flavours and festive spirit make Circolo the perfect place to celebrate life around the table.

And at Gloria Osteria (Carrer d’Enric Granados, 86, L’Eixample, 08008 Barcelona), autumn tastes like home. In Barcelona, the new menu invites you to enjoy Italy at its warmest and tastiest: handmade pasta, seasonal risottos and desserts that are pure pleasure. Among the menu’s essentials, the iconic Spaghetti al metro stands out, served with a silky Vittorio sauce made with three types of tomato, butter, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil: an Italian classic with an unmistakable flavour that invites you to dream.

A new season, a new excuse to share

At Big Mamma, every change of season is an opportunity to rediscover the flavours that make Italy a feast for the senses. From the flour to the mozzarella, each ingredient is carefully selected to offer a unique experience and surprise the palate.

This autumn, Big Mamma’s restaurants in Spain are bursting with colour, flavour and joy. Because when the season changes, so does the way we enjoy life
