Soprano Laura Molina will give an exclusive concert on 27 June at this winery in Salvaterra de Miño, as part of an evening that will include a guided tour and a tasting of a Fillaboa wine.
Bodegas Fillaboa is joining the cultural programme of “Petiscos IKFEM”, the series of events leading up to the 14th edition of the IKFEM Festival Tui-Valença, hosting a unique wine tourism and musical event on Saturday 27 June.
The historic winery in Salvaterra de Miño will be the setting for an evening combining heritage, live music and wine culture, cementing Bodegas Fillaboa’s status as one of Galicia’s leading destinations for experiential wine tourism. This winery was named ‘Best Wine Tourism Spot and Landscape’ by the Spanish Association of Wine Cities (ACEVIN).
The day will begin at 7.00 pm with a guided tour of the vineyards and the estate’s most iconic areas, allowing attendees to discover the history, landscape and winemaking philosophy of one of the most unique estates in the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin. Afterwards, at 8.00 pm, there will be a concert by the soprano Laura Molina, accompanied on the piano by Paula López Atanet, followed by a tasting of one of the winery’s wines.
The event forms part of the “Petiscos IKFEM”, an initiative organised by the IKFEM (International Keyboard Festival & Masterclass) Festival Tui-Valença, which offers small-scale cultural gatherings bringing together literature, music, gastronomy and the local area. In this edition, Fillaboa shares the limelight with some of the most prominent figures on the current cultural scene, such as the writer Ángela Banzas, a finalist for the 2025 Planeta Prize, and the poet Chus Pato, winner of the 2024 National Poetry Prize.
Through this collaboration, Fillaboa reaffirms its commitment to cultural promotion and to showcasing the landscape and wine-growing heritage of southern Galicia, once again opening its doors to initiatives that foster dialogue between art, nature and tradition.

Bodegas Fillaboa
Fillaboa is a historic manor house whose estate has remained undivided over the centuries, making it one of the largest, most beautiful and oldest estates in Galicia and the only one which, due to its unique characteristics, is part of the Grandes Pagos de España. Behind the 1,600-metre-long thick stone wall that protects the property lie not only the vineyards and the winery but also a spectacular, reconstructed stately pazo.
Fifty hectares of Albariño vineyards planted on undulating slopes make up the Fillaboa estate, which covers a total of 74 hectares spread across 12 vineyards on the natural border with Portugal, alongside the rivers Tea and Miño. The granitic soils and the Atlantic climate, with mild temperatures due to the proximity of the sea, make Fillaboa a privileged location for growing the native Albariño grape.
