Coinciding with its participation in FITUR, the tour operator Cinco Estrellas Club —specialising in cultural tours and long-distance travel— launched its third “Win-Win” campaign, an initiative designed to boost advance sales in travel agencies.
The promotion will be valid for bookings made between 21 January and 28 February 2026, allowing travellers to plan trips to be enjoyed throughout the rest of the year. With this initiative, the wholesaler is reinforcing its commitment to the agency channel by offering direct benefits to both agency customers and travel agents.
The “Win-Win” campaign rewards travellers who book in advance with an 8% discount on the published price for the entire 2026 programme, available on the Cinco Estrellas Club. The promotion is valid for travel from 10 April to 31 December 2026, including special departures during Easter, long weekends, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. This means that travellers can secure their place in highly sought-after destinations from January and February onwards, while also benefiting from more attractive prices on any tour or trip in the wholesaler’s catalogue.
With this initiative, Cinco Estrellas Club also rewards the commercial work of travel agencies with a direct prize in the form of an Amazon Gift Card. Agents can earn up to £120 per booking depending on the amount sold, with no limit on the number of cards per professional.
The incentive system is divided into three tiers: bookings of up to £2,500 generate a £50 gift card, those between £2,501 and £5,000 receive an £80 gift card, and those over £5,001 are rewarded with a £120 card.
To request their Gift Cards, agents simply need to contact their local sales representative immediately after the customer leaves on their trip. This simple mechanism facilitates the management of the campaign in the sales network and strengthens the relationship between agencies and wholesalers.
‘The success and widespread acceptance of the first two “Win-Win” campaigns have led us to launch this third edition, which is another win-win situation for everyone: travellers enjoy an immediate discount and agents receive a direct incentive for their commercial efforts,’ says Gonzalo Casaubón, commercial director of Cinco Estrellas Club. ‘One of our main objectives is to boost advance sales with the best conditions on the market, helping agencies to secure their sales and plan the season more efficiently,’ he emphasises.
