If there is one woman who marked a turning point in Marbella’s golden age, it was the one-of-a-kind Olivia Valere. To honour her legacy, the iconic venue (Carretera Istán, Km 0.8, Marbella) is being brought back to life, renovated yet with its iconic essence intact. Its renowned restaurant, LOV Marbella, is brimming with new features, offering a show that exudes the most exquisite, fun and exclusive spirit of this Malaga town.
The magic of LOV continues at its traditional venue and the summer season kicks off in style on 13 June, ensuring it remains an international benchmark for nightlife on the Costa del Sol. The aim is to transform the dinner-show into a unique experience where music, entertainment and fun blend perfectly with a delicious culinary offering and a carefully curated drinks menu.
L'Exclusive LOV: the club within the club for those who want it all
One of the venue’s most unique new features is L’Exclusive LOV, a space located on the upper floor of the venue for those who wish to enjoy the LOV Marbella experience with complete privacy and exclusivity. It features three private boxes, each seating ten people, which not only offer a privileged view of the show but also attentive service and the option to personalise every detail.
L’Exclusive LOV boasts its own culinary offering, enhanced by the chef’s suggestions and the chance to enjoy dinner right up until closing time. Its lucky guests can arrive at any time during opening hours, with their own independent and exclusive entrance and VIP toilets. This space is available for private events for up to 150 people, with the option to personalise every detail.
Dinner comes to life: this is LOV Marbella
Throughout June, LOV Marbella will open its doors on Fridays and Saturdays, before opening daily in July and August. Cuisine and entertainment go hand in hand with a schedule designed for maximum enjoyment: doors open and guests are welcomed from 9.00 pm, the kitchen offers continuous service from 9.30 pm to 1.00 am, and the main show begins at 10.00 pm.
Although the Dinner Show ends at 01:30, the night continues with access to After LOV, allowing guests to enjoy a vibrant cabaret atmosphere, live entertainment and DJ sets until 04:00.
The culinary offering, on a par with the show, has a distinctly Mediterranean essence with international touches. The finest local produce is transformed into exquisite dishes, designed for sharing, striking a perfect balance between the classic and the avant-garde. Fresh pasta, delicious Japanese dishes, and grilled meat and fish form the bulk of the menu, all accompanied by premium spirits and signature cocktails.

Bonbonniere: the club enters a new era
Meanwhile, Olivia Valere’s historic nightclub is embarking on a new phase under the guidance of British entrepreneur Joe Fournier and the Mandala Group. As a result of this partnership, the club will operate
throughout the season under the coveted Bonbonniere brand.
This exclusive venue, which already has branches in Mykonos and Tulum, arrives to offer a new concept in the most exclusive nightlife, bringing together the world’s best-known DJs. The venue, which has undergone extensive refurbishment, showcases its exquisite Andalusian-inspired interior design, imbuing it with a brutalist grandeur; a place that pays homage to the vast legacy of Olivia Valere, the grand dame of Marbella’s nightlife.
