ROYALTON HOTELS & RESORTS PRESENTS ITS VISION FOR THE EVOLUTION OF ALL-INCLUSIVE HOLIDAYS AT FITUR 2026

  • At FITUR 2026, one of the leading international tourism events, Royalton Hotels & Resorts shared its vision on the evolution of the all-inclusive model and presented the strategic lines that will mark the next stage of growth for the company and the industry, following its 15th anniversary celebrations.

The presentation took place during a press conference held in the context of the fair, which was attended by Jordi Pelfort, President of Royalton Hotels & Resorts, and led by Daniel Díaz, Executive Vice President of Royalton Hotels & Resorts, and Jurgen Stutz, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Distribution, focusing on the evolution of all-inclusive as a more contemporary, flexible product in line with the new expectations of the global traveller.

Royalton Hotels & Resorts currently operates 25 resorts, across eight brands, in eight Caribbean countries. In this new phase, the company has launched a multi-million dollar investment programme aimed at the comprehensive renovation of key hotels in the region, with the aim of keeping its resorts at the forefront of the market and strengthening its position in the premium and luxury all-inclusive segment.

Among the most significant investments are extensive renovation plans in strategic destinations such as Punta Cana and Saint Lucia, as well as the recent renovation and reopening in Mexico of Royalton Riviera Cancun and Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun, two flagship properties in the portfolio. These transformations reflect the company’s conviction that the future of all-inclusive resorts lies in the constant evolution of the product, design, gastronomy and guest experience.

Since its inception, the company has been committed to elevating the all-inclusive model through a portfolio of differentiated brands, designed to respond to different travel styles and market expectations. Today, that commitment translates into a clear vision of industry renewal, not only in terms of growth in the number of resorts, but also in positioning all-inclusive as a sophisticated, relevant experience that can be adapted to different traveller profiles.

Royalton Hotels & Resorts also highlighted the importance of the European market, and especially Spain, as one of the most important source markets for its resorts in the Caribbean. Air connectivity, the maturity of European travellers and the growing interest in more specialised all-inclusive experiences have made Europe a strategic market within the company’s commercial and distribution strategy.

Mexico occupies a central place within the company’s portfolio, representing the majority of its global inventory and being the only market where all Royalton Hotels & Resorts brands coexist. This presence is reinforced by recent investments and projects under development, such as the opening of The Reserve in Paraíso de la Bonita, an exclusive building of ultra-luxury suites that represents a new expression of high-end all-inclusive within the portfolio.

In parallel with its renovation strategy, Royalton Hotels & Resorts maintains solid and sustained expansion in the region, developed hand in hand with long-term strategic partners. At FITUR 2026, the company highlighted new projects under development in Mexico, as well as strategic openings such as Royalton Vessence Barbados, scheduled for mid-2026, and preparations for the opening of Royalton CHIC Jamaica Paradise Cove.

Looking ahead to 2026, Royalton Hotels & Resorts will continue to focus on new markets, future projects and territories with high development potential. In this context, the company presented Royalton Fan Fest 2026, an immersive initiative designed for football fans that reinforces the entertainment offering within the all-inclusive model during major international sporting events such as those taking place this year.

With its participation in FITUR 2026, Royalton Hotels & Resorts reaffirms its role as one of the key players in the evolution of all-inclusive tourism, combining strategic investment, constant renovation, disciplined expansion and a clear vision of the future for the industry.
