Toyota Spain is updating the Corolla range in the eighth year of this generation with more equipment and safety features, the return of the Style trim, and a special edition celebrating the model’s 60th anniversary. With this refresh, the Corolla aims to maintain its position as one of the leading models in the C-segment in Spain. Since its launch in 1966, the Corolla has evolved to adapt to the needs of each era without losing the values that define the brand’s DNA: quality, reliability, and durability, all in the service of safer and more efficient mobility. Six decades of history and over 57 million units sold worldwide reaffirm a track record that has made it Toyota’s best-selling model and one of the world’s most successful vehicles.
Among the key new features of the new Corolla range are the return of the Style trim to the Corolla 5-door, the availability for the first time of the GR SPORT Plus + Skyview trim on the Hybrid 140 engine, and the arrival of the exclusive 60th Anniversary Style.
Corolla revisits the past: Style returns to the 5-door model
One of the major new features is the return of the Style trim to the 5-door model, paired with the Hybrid 140 engine.
This new trim represents a significant step forward in terms of equipment, comfort, and design, with key new features including Blind Spot Monitor (BSM), Safe Exit Assist (SEA), and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA). In addition, the Style trim features 17-inch alloy wheels, upholstery made from recycled fabric and synthetic suede, the Nanoe™ X cabin air purifier, and Bi-LED headlights.
In the case of the Corolla Touring Sports, the Style trim also adds a power tailgate with hands-free opening—a practical feature in a model designed for those seeking greater capacity and versatility. And the Skyview® panoramic sunroof option will be available on the Style trim level for both body styles.
In the Corolla Saloon, the saloon model in the range, the Style Plus trim level now includes a panoramic sunroof as standard.
Six decades that deserve a special edition: the Toyota Corolla Style 60th Anniversary
The Toyota Corolla is turning 60, and the best way to celebrate is with the launch of a special trim level, the Style 60th Anniversary, which will be available for the 5-door Hybrid 140 and Touring Sports body styles in both the Hybrid 140 and Hybrid 200 variants. This new edition features exclusive elements that set it apart from the rest of the range, both in terms of design and equipment.
The exterior stands out thanks to its exclusive two-tone ‘60th Anniversary Blue’ colour scheme, which gives it a bolder, more youthful look; it is fitted with exclusive 17-inch alloy wheels and features a ‘60th Anniversary’ sticker on the lower panel of the rear doors. The interior also features celebratory details, including 60th Anniversary decorative elements on the floor mats and door sills, chrome front and side trim, and the Toyota Skyview® panoramic sunroof.
The Corolla’s sportier side gets a safety upgrade
The GR SPORT trim enhances its standard safety equipment on the 5-door and Touring Sports body styles, with the addition of Blind Spot Monitor (BSM), Safe Exit Assist (SEA), and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA). In the case of the Corolla Touring Sports, it also adds a power tailgate with hands-free opening.
A new addition to the range is the GR SPORT Plus, a more premium option making its debut on the 5-door Corolla with the Hybrid 140 powertrain, which adds a higher level of equipment compared to the GR SPORT trim.
A range offering more choice
The Corolla family is available with two powertrains: Hybrid 140 and Hybrid 200, available in the Active, Style, Style 60th Anniversary, GR SPORT, and GR SPORT Plus trim levels, depending on the body style and specification.
Prices for the Toyota Corolla
The new Toyota Corolla range is now available from Toyota Spain’s official dealer network for €25,450 for the 5-door Corolla and €27,450 for the Corolla Touring Sports, both in the Active trim level. The range is completed by the Corolla Saloon, available from €30,050 in the Style Plus trim.
