The day begins by the sea, with a meeting with local oyster farmers and an oyster tasting overlooking the lagoons, surrounded by nature.

In the afternoon, a cycle route along the EuroVelo 8 towards Peyriac-de-Mer and Bages, two authentic villages where nature and heritage blend together.

To round off the day, a night at the 1921 Hôtel Leucate, a charming spot that combines elegance with Mediterranean flair.

Lauragais

The day begins with a culinary icon: cassoulet, at an iconic venue such as Clos Fleuri.

Afterwards, a cycle ride along the Canal du Midi, following the route of the 23 locks to the Seuil de Naurouze.

At sunset, a stop in Fanjeaux, a hilltop village with breathtaking views over the countryside, before enjoying a relaxed atmosphere at La Guinguette du Canal.

Grand Carcassonne / Corbières Minervois

The experience begins amongst the vineyards, with a wine tasting at a distinctive estate such as Château de Paraza.

Next, a stroll through peaceful villages such as Roubia, followed by a walk or cycle along the Canal du Midi.

The day culminates with a night at the Moulin de Laure-Minervois, prolonging your immersion in the region’s authentic charm.

Haute Vallée / Limouxin

Despertar en el corazón de los viñedos tras una noche en el Château de Malvies.

Parada en Limoux para descubrir el famoso crémant en el Domaine JL Laurens.
