- La Oficina, the space created by Diego Gallegos at Higuerón Resort, hosted the launch of the latest edition of A Cuatro Manos at an event that brought together representatives from various institutions—such as Málaga Provincial Council and Fuengirola Town Council—alongside a range of partner brands.
- This edition once again brings together some of the most influential figures in Spanish cuisine: Mauricio Giovanini, Álvaro Garrido, Javier Estévez, Maca de Castro, Begoña Rodrigo, Kiko Moya, Kisko García, Iván Cerdeño, Luis Veira, Carito Lou and Rafa Centeno.
Higuerón Resort officially presented the 2026 calendar for A Cuatro Manos, the initiative spearheaded by Diego Gallegos that transforms Arara Bistro Bar into the setting for a very special event: a unique dinner where two – or more – chefs share the kitchen for a single night to create an exclusive menu, the result of technique, dialogue and a shared vision of the ingredients.
The presentation was attended by Kika Carauel, representing the Málaga Provincial Council, members of Fuengirola Town Council and Sabor a Málaga; as well as various brands collaborating on the project, including San Miguel, Solan de Cabras, Chef Republic, Zwilling, Porsche Marbella and Caviar Ríofrío, who will be supporting this edition.
A line-up bringing together talent from all over Spain
During the event, the dates and full line-up were announced for an edition that reaffirms the project’s natural evolution: a well-established event that is expanding its scope and once again bringing together leading chefs from across the country. An event that has become a must-attend on the Costa del Sol’s gastronomic calendar.
The series opened with Mauricio Giovanini (Messina, Marbella) and will continue with a guest chef each month:

At each event, Diego Gallegos, chef at Arara Bistro Bar and renowned as the ‘Caviar Chef’, designs a four-handed menu alongside the guest chef, combining culinary styles and sensibilities in a menu created exclusively for that evening.

Since its inception, A Cuatro Manos has established itself as a meeting place that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship and collaboration among chefs who share the same approach to gastronomy: respect for the ingredients, a constant quest for innovation and a deep connection with the local region.
